As a Construction Technician at Just Screen It, GA, you will play a pivotal role in our team, overseeing the installation and maintenance of screen porches, pool enclosures, and patio additions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can lead by example, demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship, and ensure client satisfaction through transparent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

* Read Blueprint Plans: Ability to interpret and follow blueprint plans accurately to ensure precise installations and additions.

* Time Management: Efficiently manage time and resources to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

* Independent Accomplishment: Demonstrate self-reliance and initiative in completing tasks independently, with minimal supervision.

* Creativity in the Screen Industry: Bring creative solutions and innovative ideas to the table to enhance the design and functionality of screen porches, pool enclosures, and patio additions.

* Understanding of Angles and Cuts: Proficiency in understanding angles and making precise cuts for pool enclosures or patio additions to ensure a seamless fit and finish.

* Flashing and Sealing: Knowledgeable in the proper techniques for flashing and sealing patios to prevent water damage and ensure long-lasting durability.

* Client Transparency: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the project, addressing their needs, concerns, and preferences with professionalism and honesty.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the screen industry, with a proven track record of successful installations and projects.

* Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.

Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with prospective clients, presenting solutions, and closing sales for our screen enclosure services. This is a commission-only position, perfect for someone with strong people skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to control their own income.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, social media, cold calling, and community events.

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and follow up with warm leads provided by the company.

• Meet with clients in person or virtually to assess needs and present tailored solutions.

• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts.

• Maintain a strong understanding of our products, materials, and installation process.

Requirements
